1.Null and void (phr.) 無效的

Null and void是指「無效的」、「無約束力的」或「無法律效力的」。

 

Example 1:

If the condition is not met within the required timeframe, the contract will become null and void.

如果在規定的時間內未滿足條件，合同將會作廢。 

 

Example 2:

This check is null and void.

本支票無效。

 

2.Clause (n.) 條款

在商業法中，Clause是指合約中的條款或陳述。

 

Example:

These additional conditions or clauses in the contract are included to provide each party more certainty and protection.

合同中包含了這些附加條件或條款，以為各方提供更多確定性和保護。

 

3.To expand (v.) 擴張；擴展

 

Example 1:

I hear that KZC Ltd. is planning to expand to Europe next year.

我聽說KZC Ltd.計劃明年擴展到歐洲。

 

Example 2:

Since the capital is cheaper now, firms may try to expand production.

由於現在的資本更便宜，企業可能會試圖擴大生產。

 

4.Trademark (n.) 商標

 

Example:

You must notice that trademark is limited by region.

你必須注意商標受地域限制。

 

5.Counteroffer (phr.) 反報價、還價

　　反報價是指被報價人對報價內容不完全同意，而提出變更、擴張或限制報價內容。 

 

Example 1:

I hope you give a second think to our counteroffer.

我希望貴方重新考慮一下我們的還價。 

 

Example 2:

We accept your counteroffer. Please advise us the shipping date.

我們接受貴公司的還盤。請告知我們發貨日期。

 

6.Authorization (n.) 授權

Authorization (n.) 源自authorize (v.) ，意思是「授權」。授權，即授予權力，就是將完成某項工作的權力授予某人。

 

Example 1:

He has no authorization to act on our behalf.

他沒有代表我們做事的授權

 

Example 2:

Prior authorization is required for the following services.

如要使用以下服務，必須事先申請授權。

 

7.Headquarters (n.) 總公司；總部

 

Example:

The firm's headquarters are in Finland.

該公司的總部位於芬蘭。

 

8.Owner's equity (phr.) 所有者權益

所有者權益，是指企業資產扣除債務後，由所有者所有權的剩餘權益。

 

Example:

The owner's equity is modified according to the difference between revenues and expenses. 

所有者權益是按照收支差額進行修改的。

 

9.Price increment (phr.) 漲價通知

10.Upmarket (n.) 高檔市場

 

Example:

Our company is planning to move upmarket and aims to battle L&Y company at the top end of the domestic market.

我們公司正計劃向高端市場進發，旨在與L＆Y公司爭奪國內高端市場。
