疫情無疑為世界帶來巨大的影響，同時亦為人們的生活和工作模式帶來轉變。過往不少公司為著與重要的客戶維持良好的關係和緊密的連繫，總會定時以各種理由邀約他們會面，提高「出鏡率」之餘亦希望乘機博取對方的好感，為他日的合作鋪路。可是，因為疫情的關係，不少人都無法如過往般經常與客戶見面。疫情持續反覆就意味著你非得要放棄與客戶聯繫麼？這樣想的話就大錯特錯了！反之，現在是聯繫你過去的客戶並提供支持的大好時機！身處資訊科技發達的年代，縱使現階段未能頻繁地約見客戶，我們還是可以善用電郵方式來代替會面，以達到相近甚至更佳的成效。千萬別小看簡單的一封電郵！它能起到的作用遠遠超乎你的想像！

電郵範例：

電郵範例：

We understand the ^disruptions to everyday life and business, so if you need any support during this time, our team is here to help with overnight shipping and virtual support. We are in this together.
