[ET Net News Agency, 22 February 2021] Daisho Microline Holdings Limited (00567) said
it has agreed to place up to 115.2 million placing shares at the placing price of HK$0.114
per placing share.
The placing shares represent approximately 14.28% of the issued share capital of the
company as enlarged. The placing price represents a discount of approximately 13.64% to
the closing price of HK$0.132 per share on the date of the agreement.
The estimated gross proceeds and net proceeds will amount to approximately HK$13.13
million and approximately HK$12.7 million, respectively. The company intends to apply the
net proceeds for the general working capital of the group, including the repayment of
debts of the group when they fall due. (RC)
