Shinsun Holdings (02599) to issue US$200m senior notes

[ET Net News Agency, 4 June 2021] Shinsun Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd. (02599) said the
company will issue senior notes in the aggregate principal amount of US$200 million, which
will mature on 7 June 2022.
The notes will bear interest from and including 8 June 2021 at a rate of 10.5% per
annum, payable in arrears on 8 December 2021 and 7 June 2022.
The company intends to use the net proceeds for refinancing existing offshore
indebtedness in accordance with its sustainable finance framework. (RC)
