[ET Net News Agency, 28 January 2021] Huatai Research lifted its target price for Jinke
Smart Services (JSS) (09666) to HK$90 from HK$66.7 and maintained its "buy" rating.
The research house said JSS's positive profit alert marks the start of JSS building its
track record. Huatai projected a solid 2020-22 earnings CAGR of 59% and expects this to
drive a re-rating.
It believes the market still underestimates JSS, especially its solid ability to expand
organically through third-party projects, owing to its short history of listing. Huatai
projected more than 50% of the company's newly added GFA under management coming from
third-party developers (excluding M&A projects) over 2021-22. This would make it one of
only a few China property-management companies with proven third-party growth capability.
