[ET Net News Agency, 29 January 2021] Nomura lifted its target price for ENN Energy
Holdings (02688) to HK$132 from HK$110 but downgraded its rating to "neutral" from "buy".
The research house believes that the cost advantage of ENN's cheaper LNG long-term
contracts could diminish as China's domestic and import LNG prices normalize after the
heating demand passes the peak.
As 2021 is the 20th anniversary after ENN's IPO, Nomura believes that the company will
increase its dividend payout by 5pp, similar to the case with ENN's 10th anniversary. It
estimated ENN's dividend payout in 2020 will rise to 35% from 30% in 2019. (KL)
