[ET Net News Agency, 29 January 2021] UBS Global Research lifted its target price for
Jinke Smart Services Group (09666) to HK$80.7 from HK$74.7 and maintained its "buy"
rating.
The research house hosted Jinke 2020 business update call on 26 January with CFO. Jinke
stated no significant changes in the company's fundamentals. It expects 2020 core net
profit attributable to shareholders (excluding foreign exchange loss) to increase by more
than 75%, beat UBS's previous estimate of Rmb604mn (+65%).
The company is currently actively considering the use of market-based financial
instruments to try to avoid actually incurring the foreign exchange loss and it guided
little such loss in 2021.
UBS raised its 2021/22 earnings forecasts by 5%/8%, implying 60% 2020-22 net profit
