[ET Net News Agency, 18 March 2021] S&P Global Ratings today revised its outlook on
Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure Ltd.'s (YXT) (01052) to stable from negative. At the same
time, the credit rating agency affirmed its 'BBB-' long-term issuer credit rating on the
company.
S&P forecasted YXT's toll traffic will recover fully and cash flow will grow moderately
over the next two years.
It expects the China-based company's key credit metrics to rebound to the range of its
existing financial risk profile, following an earlier-than-expected normalization of toll
collection in China to pre-pandemic levels.
The stable outlook also reflects its view that YXT will remain financially disciplined
on potential acquisitions and capital expenditure (capex). (KL)
