HK stocks opened little changed on Friday after the firmer close of the Dow overnight. The Hang Seng Index opened down 10 points to 25,484. The H-share index rose 1.76 points to 9,905.
Blue chips were mixed. HSBC (00005) slipped 0.8% to HK$56.35. HKEX (00388) declined by 0.3% to HK$237.2. Tencent (00700) shed 1% to HK$327.2. But China Mobile (00941) gained 1.3% to HK$66.95. AIA (01299) nudged up 0.3% to HK$75.
