Kowloon Development Company Limited (00034) said for the six months ended 30 June 2019, the group is expected to record a significant increase in profit attributable to shareholders by not less than 70% as compared to that for the corresponding period in 2018.
This was mainly due to the recognition of sales and profit from the property development project of the group in Hong Kong.
