Health and Happiness (H&H) International Holdings Limited (01112) said it has agreed to issue 5.625% senior notes due 2024 in the aggregate principal amount of US$300 million.
The issue price is 100%. The notes will bear interest from and including 24 October 2019 at a rate of 5.625% per annum, payable semi-annually in arrears.
The company intends to use the net proceeds of the notes to redeem a portion of the 7.25% senior notes due 2021 issued under the indenture entered into by the company.
