Yincheng International Holding Co., Ltd. (01902) said for May 2020, the aggregated contracted sales of the group, together with its joint ventures and associates, amounted to RMB781.9 million, a year-on-year decrease of 54.89%. The contracted gross floor area amounted to 49,030 square metres and the average contracted selling price amounted to RMB15,947 per square metre.
From January to May 2020, the aggregated contracted sales of the Group, together with its joint ventures and associates, amounted to RMB3,142.3 million. The aggregated contracted gross floor area amounted to 171,194 square metres and the average contracted selling price amounted to RMB18,355 per square metre.
