Wai Chun Group Holdings Limited (01013) said the subscribers have conditionally agreed to subscribe for and the company has conditionally agreed to issue the convertible bonds with an aggregate principal amount of HK$23.48 million.
The convertible bonds carry the conversion rights to convert into the conversion shares at the conversion price of HK$0.016 per conversion share for the debt settlement.
Assuming the conversion rights are exercised in full at the conversion price, a total of 1.47 billion new shares may be allotted and issued to the subscribers. The conversion shares represent approximately 4.69% of the total number of issued shares as enlarged.
