Henan Jinma Energy Company Limited (06885) said in order to facilitate the sustainable and stable development of the company, satisfy the capital needs for the company's new projects, optimise the company's capital structure and achieve sustainable growth in the company's revenue and shareholders' returns, the board has resolved and approved to commence the relevant work related to the proposed initial public offering of A shares of the company.
The company had submitted the registration application for pre-listing tutoring, which was accepted by the Henan Supervisory Commission of the China Securities Regulatory Commission on 29 September 2020.
