Yida China Holdings Limited (03639) said China Minsheng Jiaye Investment Co., Ltd. (CMIG Jiaye) has been in discussion with a potential purchaser to explore the possibility of a potential disposal of the shares of the company held by CMIG Jiaye.
CMIG Jiaye is interested in 1.58 billion shares of the company, representing approximately 61.2% of the total issued share capital of the company.
