Haitong lowered its target price for CIFI Holdings (00884) to HK$7 from HK$8.7 and maintained its "outperform" rating.
The research house said it is widening its targeted discount as it believes there should be limited policy loosening while home and land prices remain high while concerns on gross margin decline will remain for the China property sector in the coming months.
