TRACKER FUND (02800) and HKEX (00388) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$2.07 billion and HK$733.19 million, or 10.48% and 3.71% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 52.05% and 19.69% of respective stock's turnover.
NEW ORIENTAL-S (09901) and KUAISHOU-W (01024) registered HK$731.53 million and HK$673.96 million of short sales, accounting for 3.7% and 3.41% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 28.24% and 35.07% of respective stock's turnover.
TRACKER FUND closed down HK$0.38, or 1.35%, to HK$27.86. HKEX ended down HK$19, or 3.52%, to HK$521. NEW ORIENTAL-S fell HK$20.65, or 40.61% to HK$30.2. KUAISHOU-W declined by HK$15.6, or 10.75%, to HK$129.5.
