「你按到靜音」、「畫面窒窒吓」!Zoom Meeting出狀況?活學活用32句英語隨時應對!

  疫情期間,相信大家都經常需要開Zoom meeting。在進行Zoom meeting時有可能會遇到的狀況有千百種,例如對方突然斷線、網絡不穩定等,此時該如何用英文跟對方溝通呢?當對方不小心按到靜音了,可以說「You did not open your mic」嗎?同事網絡不穩,想提示他嘗試連接另一個Wi-Fi ,可以說「change your Wi-Fi」嗎?想請對方「共享螢幕」、「打開攝像鏡頭」,或者告知他畫面「窒吓窒吓(斷斷續續)」甚至「聲畫不同步」又可以怎麼說?


  本周,一於來學習更多在Zoom meeting時可能會派上用場的表達法吧!

 

一、確認成功連線:

 

●    Are you there?

你在嗎?

 

●    Can you see me now?

你看得到我嗎?

 

●    Can you hear me now?

你聽到我的聲音嗎?

 

●    Hello, I can see you now.

你好,我看到你了。

 

二、有關畫面 / 鏡頭:

●    You've frozen.

你的畫面停住了。

 

●    I’m sharing my screen. Can everyone see it?

我正在共享螢幕,大家都看到嗎?

 

●    Could you please turn on your webcam?

請問可否開啟鏡頭嗎?

 

●    Can you share your screen?

你可以共享螢幕嗎?

 

●    Can you see the screen I just shared?

你看到我剛剛共享的螢幕嗎?

 

三、聲音問題 / 聲音跟畫面不同步:

●    You're on mute.

你按到靜音了。

 

●    I’m sorry, I can’t hear you very well. It’s quite noisy in the background.

對不起,我聽不太清楚,背景有點吵。

 

●    Your sound is a bit quiet. Could you speak a bit more loudly, please?

你的聲音有點小,麻煩可以大聲一點嗎?

 

●    Could you write your question/ comment in the chat?

你能在聊天框中寫下你的問題/評論嗎?

 

●    It seems like your audio is out of sync 不同步.

你的聲音跟畫面似乎不同步。

 

●    Could you please mute靜音 your microphone?

可以把麥克風調成靜音嗎?

 

●    Could you please unmute取消靜音 your microphone?

可以開啟麥克風嗎?

 

●    Could you please turn up調高 the mic volume音量?

可以調高麥克風音量嗎?

 

●    Could you please turn down調低 / lower the mic volume?

可以調低麥克風音量嗎?

 

●    Can you plug in your earphones?

你可以接上耳機嗎?

 

●    Can you please speak up?

可以請你講大聲一點嗎?

 

●    Can you please lower your voice?

可以請你講小聲一點嗎?

 

●    I can't hear you clearly.

我聽不太清楚你的聲音。

 

四、訊號不穩:

●    The Wi-Fi isn’t very good, I’ll drop off and reconnect.

我的Wi-Fi接收不太好,我嘗試重新連接。

 

●    I’m afraid the connection is not very good.

恐怕我的網絡不是很好。

 

●    I'm afraid you've got poor Internet connection.

你的網絡訊號好像有點弱。

 

●    I’m sorry, I think we missed that; you just froze.

抱歉,我們剛剛好像聽不到你說話,你的畫面剛剛卡住了。

 

●    Sorry, I didn't get your last sentence. You were breaking up訊號斷斷續續. I guess you were asking about ......

抱歉,我沒有聽清楚你剛剛講的那一句,訊號有點斷斷續續。

 

●    Um......I think you are breaking up.

嗯...我覺得你的畫面斷斷續續的。

 

●    The connection was lost. Can you say that again?

剛才訊號斷了。你可以再說一次嗎?

 

●    I'm sorry. I just got disconnected斷線. Can you say that again?

對不起,我剛斷線了。你可以再說一次嗎?

 

●    Let me switch to 切換到a different Wi-Fi. I'll be right back.

  ● You may encounter unfavorable work conditions and have no idea how to handle them professionally. You may feel overwhelmed, leading to potential missteps in addressing these concerns.

  你面臨一些工作上的挑戰,並且完全沒有學過如何專業地解決這些艱難的問題,因而感到不知所措,導致解決問題時出現失誤。

 

這種情況下錯誤的處理方式:

 

  1. Reacting impulsively or emotionally, which can result in irrational behavior.

  出現衝動或情緒化的反應,引致不理性行為。

 

  2. Expressing concerns in an accusatory or confrontational manner, leading to potential conflict with colleagues or superiors.

  以指摘或對抗的方式表達擔憂,導致與同事或上司發生潛在的衝突。

 

正確表達方式(1):

 

  ● "I have noted a few challenges 挑戰 related to our current work conditions that I believe merit our attention 值得我們關注. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss and explore potential solutions 潛在解決方案 that could benefit both the team and the organization."

 

正確表達方式(2):

 

  ● "I believe that there are certain work conditions that may benefit from further review, and I would welcome the opportunity to discuss potential improvements constructively 有建設性地."

 

場景二:

  ● An employee may encounter work conditions that are impacting their performance but may be hesitant to address the issues professionally.

  公司有某件事情出現,導致影響了自己的工作表現,但你猶疑不決,不知道如何跟同事或上司說明這個情況。

 

這種情況下錯誤的處理方式:

 

  ● Remaining silent and allowing the dissatisfaction to fester, which can lead to a decline in morale and productivity.

  保持沉默並讓不滿的情緒惡化,這可能會導致士氣和生產力下降。

 

正確表達方式:

 

  ● “I have identified certain work conditions that I believe, if addressed 解決, could contribute to an improved work environment 有助於改善工作環境 for the team. I would appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback and potentially explore solutions together 共同探索解決方案.
