上文提到，在這兩個星期，我將會傳授演說必備的「五大陳述技巧」及「必學句型」秘笈給你。上星期，我為大家帶來其中三大陳述技巧：「1. 強調重要性」、「2. 比較」，和「3. 提供選擇方案」。這個星期，你將會學會其餘兩大陳述技巧—「4. 提供想法和建議」及「5. 給予承諾」，助你成為「小小演說家」。

第四大陳述技巧：「提供想法和建議」
演講時，你可以提出不同的方案供觀眾選擇，或是告知觀眾某事物的優點與缺點，同時表達一下自己的想法，然後進一步提供相關建議。
以下是「提供想法和建議」常用的句型或用語：
● In my opinion, …
在我看來，⋯⋯
● I believe that…
我相信⋯⋯
● I recommend that…
我想花幾分鐘來強調⋯⋯
● It is high time…
是時候⋯⋯了。
● It’s imperative that…
絕對要⋯⋯
● It is a must…
必須⋯⋯
● I’d like to offer…
我想提供⋯⋯
● We ought to…
我們應該⋯⋯
● That’s the reason why I want to…
這是我想⋯⋯的原因。
● Now is the time…
現在是時候⋯⋯了。
參考句子：
1. It's imperative that we cut costs and increase sales.
我們絶對要降低成本及增加銷售。
2. I believe that our company's website needs to be greatly improved.
我認爲我們公司的網站需要大幅改進。
3. Now is the time to start planning our online training courses for next season.
現在是開始規畫我們明年培訓課程的時候了。

第五大陳述技巧：「給予承諾」
演講時（尤其是商業演講），講者常常會在提出建議之後，順理成章地一併提供觀眾一些承諾，從而增加觀眾對你或你代表的機構的信心。
以下是「給予承諾」時常用的句型或用語。
