和外國客人預約見面時間的時候，想告知對方「我可以配合你時間」，英文怎麼表達呢？ 這時候，不要直接翻譯為‘I can coordinate your time’，不然對方有可能會一頭霧水的。
當你未能配合對方提出的時間或者遇上緊急事件時，如何有禮地用英語詢問對方「可不可以改時間」、「提前」甚至「取消」？
本周，筆者為大家預備了十句與「配合時間」、「更改時間」相關的表達方式、例句，以及注意事項，事不宜遲，let’s go！
Part I: 告知對方「我可以配合你時間」：
1. I’m free/available anytime. （隨時都有空。）
*有需要的話，後面可以加上時間限制
Example 1:
I’m free anytime on Wednesday.
我星期三隨時都有空。
Example 2:
I’m available （有空）anytime tomorrow.
我明天隨時都有空。
Example 3:
I’m available anytime between 9am and 6pm.
我在上午9點至下午6點之間隨時都有空。
2. Anytime is good with me. （隨時都可以。）
3. I can work around your schedule. （我可以配合你的行程。）
4. I can (re)arrange my schedule to fit yours.（我可以(重新)調整行程配合你。）
5. Anytime you say. （隨時都可以。）
*這句較口語，適合用於比較相熟的對象。
Example:
A: When will you be available?
你甚麼時候有空？
B: Anytime you say.
隨時都可以。
6. Please let me know a time that suits you. （請讓我知道你方便的時間。）
7. I can meet you/talk on the phone whenever you are free. （只要你有空，我隨時可以與你見面/通過電話交談）
Part II:未能配合對方提出的時間時……
8. Put off/ Postpone/ Put back（推遲、延遲）
Example 1:
Can we put the meeting off until 6:00pm?
我們可以把會議延後到六點開始嗎？
Example 2:
Is it possible to postpone Monday’s meeting until Wednesday?
可以把週一的會議延到週三嗎？
Example 3:
I would like to put the *con-call back a week.
我想把視訊會議推遲一週。

9. Bring forward/ Move up（提前）
Example 1:
I would like to bring forward our appointment from 12:00pm to 10:30am.
我想將我們的約從12:00 pm提前到10:30 am。
Example 2:
We decided to bring forward the date of the next meeting.
我們決定將下一次會議的日期提前。
Example 3:
Should we move our date up to 4:00pm?
我們要不要將我們的約會提前至下午4時？
10. Cancel/ Call off （取消）
Example 1:
I’m sorry that I have to call off the meeting.
很抱歉我必須將會議取消。
Example 2:
I’m sorry. Because of some emergencies, I have to cancel the appointment with you.
對不起。 由於某些緊急情況，我不得不取消這個約。
