《經濟通通訊社13日專訊》美國財長貝森特周四（12日）在社群平台X上表示，美國臨時允許各國購買目前滯留在海上的俄羅斯石油。他稱：「這是一項範圍窄、期限短的措施，僅適用於已在運輸途中的石油，且不會為俄羅斯政府帶來重大經濟利益。」
根據聲明，美國財政部外國資產管制辦公室已頒發一項與俄羅斯相關的通用許可證，允許截至3月12日已裝船的俄羅斯原油和石油產品交付和銷售。(rc)
