第五大陳述技巧：「給予承諾」

 

 

　　演講時（尤其是商業演講），講者常常會在提出建議之後，順理成章地一併提供觀眾一些承諾，從而增加觀眾對你或你代表的機構的信心。

 

　　以下是「給予承諾」時常用的句型或用語。

 

● I promise that… 

我承諾⋯⋯

 

● I can promise you that… 

我答應你⋯⋯

 

● I can say with confidence that… 

我可以很有自信地說⋯⋯

 

● I can give you my word that…

我答應你⋯⋯

 

● You can trust us to…

請相信我們⋯⋯

 

● Let me assure you that…

讓我向您保證⋯⋯

 

● Believe us, … 

相信我們，⋯⋯

 

● There should be no problem to…

⋯⋯應該沒問題。

1. You can trust us to do everything in our power to fix this problem for you.

請信任我們，我們會盡全力來爲你解決這個問題的。

 

2. There should be no problem for us to find a solution by next Tuesday.

我們應該能在下星期二之前找到解決方法的。

 

3. I can promise you that after you try our massage therapy按摩治療, you'll look at least 5 years younger.

我可以向你承諾，試過我們的按摩治療後，你看起來會年輕至少5歲的。

 

4. We promise that you will be 100％ satisfied with our service.

我們承諾，你將會百分百滿意我們的服務。

 

5. Let me assure（保證）you that we have quoted the lowest possible price.

讓我向你保證，這是我們的最低報價。

 

6. I can say with confidence（自信心）that this project will be a great success.

我可以很有自信地說，這個專題將會大大成功。

 

7. I can give you my word that I can deliver the parcel to you at your office by Valentine’s Day。

我答應你，我們可以於情人節之前把你的包裹送到你辦公室。

 

8. I’m very sure that you will be happy with the additional functions we have developed for iPet2.0.

我很肯定，你會滿意我們為iPet2.0開發的額外功能。
