There were 840 short-selling stocks. TRACKER FUND (02800) and HSCEI ETF (02828) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$6.48 billion and HK$3.97 billion, or 12.01% and 7.35% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 33.34% and 42.84% of respective stock's turnover.
CSOP HS TECH (03033) and BABA-W (09988) registered HK$3.33 billion and HK$2.01 billion of short sales, accounting for 6.16% and 3.72% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 38.5% and 12.61% of respective stock's turnover.
