There were 812 short-selling stocks. TRACKER FUND (02800) and LENOVO GROUP (00992) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$3.99 billion and HK$2.81 billion, or 9.18% and 6.45% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 18.09% and 33.81% of respective stock's turnover.
CSOP HS TECH (03033) and SMIC (00981) registered HK$1.48 billion and HK$1.35 billion of short sales, accounting for 3.41% and 3.1% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 14.73% and 8.17% of respective stock's turnover.
