There were 838 short-selling stocks. TRACKER FUND (02800) and SMIC (00981) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$4.81 billion and HK$3.53 billion, or 8.55% and 6.27% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 21.71% and 10.84% of respective stock's turnover.
LENOVO GROUP (00992) and HUA HONG SEMI (01347) registered HK$2.84 billion and HK$2.34 billion of short sales, accounting for 5.04% and 4.15% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 28.75% and 20.17% of respective stock's turnover.
