There were 837 short-selling stocks. TRACKER FUND (02800) and XL2CSOPHYNIX (07709) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$3.42 billion and HK$3.14 billion, or 6.64% and 6.12% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 14.56% and 24.57% of respective stock's turnover.
XIAOMI-W (01810) and SMIC (00981) registered HK$2.32 billion and HK$2.27 billion of short sales, accounting for 4.52% and 4.42% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 28.09% and 13.65% of respective stock's turnover.
