There were 829 short-selling stocks. TRACKER FUND (02800) and CSOP HS TECH (03033) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$4.06 billion and HK$2.44 billion, or 11.84% and 7.13% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 39.76% and 39.75% of respective stock's turnover.
XL2CSOPHYNIX (07709) and SMIC (00981) registered HK$2.36 billion and HK$1.41 billion of short sales, accounting for 6.88% and 4.1% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 36.99% and 15.68% of respective stock's turnover.
