There were 824 short-selling stocks. XL2CSOPHYNIX (07709) and TRACKER FUND (02800) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$4.07 billion and HK$3.43 billion, or 11.72% and 9.89% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 42.11% and 35.6% of respective stock's turnover.
HSCEI ETF (02828) and TENCENT (00700) registered HK$3.01 billion and HK$2.54 billion of short sales, accounting for 8.68% and 7.33% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 49.31% and 13.64% of respective stock's turnover.
