There were 817 short-selling stocks. CSOP HS TECH (03033) and TENCENT (00700) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$3.73 billion and HK$3 billion, or 11.45% and 9.2% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 43.01% and 17.06% of respective stock's turnover.
TRACKER FUND (02800) and BABA-W (09988) registered HK$2.13 billion and HK$1.76 billion of short sales, accounting for 6.55% and 5.4% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 35.71% and 22.71% of respective stock's turnover.
