There were 863 short-selling stocks. TRACKER FUND (02800) and CSOP HS TECH (03033) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$9.56 billion and HK$3.73 billion, or 17.55% and 6.84% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 44.51% and 38.59% of respective stock's turnover.
HSCEI ETF (02828) and BABA-W (09988) registered HK$2.88 billion and HK$2.85 billion of short sales, accounting for 5.29% and 5.24% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 33.45% and 18.3% of respective stock's turnover.
