There were 817 short-selling stocks. XIAOMI-W (01810) and TRACKER FUND (02800) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$1.59 billion and HK$1.57 billion, or 9.77% and 9.62% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 51.15% and 25.84% of respective stock's turnover.
CSOP HS TECH (03033) and Z.AI (02513) registered HK$707.93 million and HK$688.4 million of short sales, accounting for 4.35% and 4.23% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 15.72% and 24.69% of respective stock's turnover.
XIAOMI-W closed down HK$1.12, or 3.94%, to HK$27.32. TRACKER FUND ended down HK$0.28, or 1.07%, to HK$25.98. CSOP HS TECH fell HK$0.046, or 1.03% to HK$4.438. Z.AI declined by HK$22, or 2.05%, to HK$1053.
