There were 801 short-selling stocks. HSCEI ETF (02828) and TRACKER FUND (02800) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$1.41 billion and HK$1.33 billion, or 7.88% and 7.43% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 45.25% and 31.54% of respective stock's turnover.
CSOP HS TECH (03033) and TENCENT (00700) registered HK$1.12 billion and HK$608.65 million of short sales, accounting for 6.27% and 3.4% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 26.32% and 17.23% of respective stock's turnover.
