There were 842 short-selling stocks. TRACKER FUND (02800) and TENCENT (00700) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$10.46 billion and HK$3.37 billion, or 21.52% and 6.93% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 54.26% and 10.47% of respective stock's turnover.
CSOP HS TECH (03033) and BABA-W (09988) registered HK$2.33 billion and HK$2.26 billion of short sales, accounting for 4.78% and 4.65% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 30.92% and 15.77% of respective stock's turnover.
