Poland's Minister of Digital Affairs said in an interview, "There are strong indications of deliberate sabotage intended to disrupt internet services in Ukraine," suspecting Russia as the mastermind behind the incident.
Polish authorities pointed out that the facility's power supply system caught fire first, but did not disclose whether network services were interrupted as a result.
