Northbound funds' last trading day before holiday sees Hang Seng Index open 129 points lower at 24,393, property stocks retreat and consumer stocks also decline

{Economic Information Daily, 30th} Overnight U.S. bonds continued to be sold off, with the 10-year Treasury yield hitting 5.296%, a 19-year high, and the 30-year Treasury yield reaching 5.618%, a 24-year high. However, New York Fed President Williams stated that the Fed still has time to observe data before deciding on rate hikes, causing rate hike expectations to slightly retreat.
