Additionally, the National Bureau of Statistics released the September manufacturing Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI) at 50.1%, up 0.3 percentage points from August, meeting expectations and returning to the expansion zone after two months—the highest level since June. The September composite PMI output index stood at 50.7%, up 1.2 percentage points from the previous month, the highest since December last year, and returned above the critical point after two months.
