According to the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), recently the NDRC, together with the Ministry of Finance, has allocated the fourth batch of RMB 62.5 billion in ultra-long-term special treasury bonds for the year to support local consumer goods trade-in programs. So far, the full annual allocation of RMB 250 billion for consumer goods trade-in programs has been fully distributed.
The NDRC stated that relevant departments will continue to guide localities in reasonably managing the pace of work, optimizing funding utilization plans, standardizing and efficiently handling subsidy application reviews and disbursements, severely cracking down on fraudulent or illegal subsidy claims, and effectively leveraging the policy effectiveness of consumer goods trade-in initiatives.
Currently, the Hang Seng Index stands at 24,605, up 82 points or 0.3%, with main board turnover nearing HK$155.4 billion. The Hang Seng China Enterprises Index is at 8,218, up 40 points or 0.5%. The Hang Seng Tech Index is at 4,255, up 5 points or 0.1%.
