There were 788 short-selling stocks. TENCENT (00700) and TRACKER FUND (02800) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$1.25 billion and HK$1.03 billion, or 7.83% and 6.45% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 26.34% and 14.04% of respective stock's turnover.
XL2CSOPHYNIX (07709) and BABA-W (09988) registered HK$663.94 million and HK$537.24 million of short sales, accounting for 4.16% and 3.37% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 63.1% and 25.26% of respective stock's turnover.
