Taihe Microcredit (01915) Reports Nearly RMB 1.1 Billion Loss Over 30 Months, No Dividend, Continues Trading Suspension
Economic Information Daily (April 2) - Taihe Microcredit (01915) announced its results for the fiscal years 2024 and 2025, including interim and full-year periods, as well as the interim results ended June 30 this year. The company incurred a total loss of approximately RMB 1.09 billion (in Renminbi, same below) over the 30-month period and will not pay final or interim dividends. The group has been suspended from trading since April 1 last year and will continue its suspension.
The group stated that it recorded a loss of RMB 7.05 million in the current interim period, an increase from last year's loss of RMB 6.69 million, representing a loss of 1 fen per share.
The group reported a loss of RMB 16.78 million for the 2025 fiscal year, equivalent to a loss of 3 fen per share, and a loss of RMB 1.07 billion for the 2024 fiscal year, primarily due to RMB 900 million in provisions for impairment losses on loans and other receivables, resulting in a loss of RMB 1.78 per share.
