HONG KONG ECONOMY TODAY, Sept 2 (Special Correspondent) Fu Yang (00352) announced that it received a letter from the Stock Exchange on last Friday (25th), setting out 2 additional resumption of trading guidelines.
The group stated that the additional resumption of trading guidelines include publishing all outstanding financial results required under the Listing Rules and addressing any audit qualification matters; and appointing an independent internal control consultant to conduct an independent internal control review, and demonstrating that the identified material deficiencies related to the trading suspension have been rectified, and all necessary remedial measures have been properly implemented; and that the group's internal controls are adequate and effective to achieve their objectives, and enable the group to comply with the Listing Rules and other legal and regulatory requirements. The Stock Exchange stated that it may, at appropriate times, amend the resumption of trading guidelines and/or provide further guidance. The group's shares have been suspended from trading since September 9 and will continue to be suspended until further notice. (wh)
