Heng Tai (00197) delays publication of 2026 annual results, suspended from trading this morning, expects to publish in early November,

    Economic Information Daily News (Nov 2) Heng Tai (00197) announced the delay in the publication of its 2026 annual results, the delay in the distribution of the 2026 annual report, and the postponement of the board meeting. Shares of the company have been suspended from trading since 9:00 a.m. today at the request of the group, pending the publication of the 2026 annual results.

    The group stated that additional time is required with the auditor to complete the remaining audit procedures for the 2026 annual results, and it expects to release the 2026 annual results in early November. (wh)
