Should Not Rush to Enter Market Holding Index Bullish Warrants to Bet on Rebound

《Warrants Passion》Among the major business categories, the healthcare, industrial, and utilities sectors currently show the strongest short-term performance. In addition, among the 150 securities under the author's monitoring, the securities with the highest short-term speculative value are currently CSOP Nasdaq (03086), CSOP Bitcoin (03042), and Anta Sports (02020), which can serve as references when buying related call warrants or bull warrants for profit. For securities to be considered when buying related put warrants or bear warrants for short-term profit, AIA (01299), BYD Company (01211), and HSBC (00005) should be preferred.

Furthermore, the industrial, healthcare, and utilities sectors are currently the strongest in ultra-short-term performance. In addition, among the 150 securities under the author's monitoring, the securities with the highest ultra-short-term speculative value are currently CSOP Nasdaq, Anta Sports, and ASMPT (00522), which can serve as references when buying related call warrants or bull warrants for profit. For securities to be considered when buying related put warrants or bear warrants for ultra-short-term profit, AIA, HSBC, and BYD Company should be preferred.

Last Friday (2nd), major bearish players launched a strong attack, pushing the Hang Seng Index down to 23,865, successfully reaching the medium-term key measurement target of 23,920. According to wave theory, the key for the market lies in whether bullish players can hold above this level; if not, the index is likely to fall to the starting point of the previous uptrend, i.e., the low of 22,518 on June 26. The heavy concentration zone for Hang Seng Index bull warrants is currently located at 23,600-23,699, with a total of 27 bull warrants. If the Hang Seng Index is pushed down to 23,600 by major bearish players, a total of 76 bull warrants will be forcibly redeemed, generating a bearish impact equivalent to 4,207 Hang Seng Index futures short positions. Frankly speaking, this should provide sufficient incentive for major bearish players to continue pushing prices lower. Therefore, speculators should not rush to enter the market holding index bull warrants to bet on a rebound at this stage; at the very least, they should wait until there are clear signs of improvement in the hourly chart pattern of the relevant index futures before making any moves.
