HONG KONG, May 5 (Economic Information Daily) Familia Packaging (00468) announced that on the 2nd of this month, the company received a letter from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange stating that the Listing Committee of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange has decided to cancel the listing status of the shares pursuant to Rule 6.01A(1) of the Listing Rules, as the Listing Committee considers that the company has not met all the conditions for resumption of trading by August 18 of this year and has not resumed trading of the shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. In particular, with regard to the resumption of trading guidelines, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange considers that the company has failed to restore the minimum public float required under Rule 8.08(1)(a) of the Listing Rules (Resumption Guideline 1), conduct an independent internal control review and demonstrate that adequate internal controls and procedures are in place (Resumption Guideline 5), and disclose all material information to the market (Resumption Guideline 7).

    The shares have been suspended from trading since 9:00 a.m. on February 19, 2025, and will remain suspended until further notice. (bn)
