There were 783 short-selling stocks. TRACKER FUND (02800) and XL2CSOPHYNIX (07709) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$2.84 billion and HK$1.03 billion, or 23.11% and 8.36% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 48.53% and 62.97% of respective stock's turnover.
BABA-W (09988) and HSCEI ETF (02828) registered HK$960.09 million and HK$657.05 million of short sales, accounting for 7.82% and 5.35% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 24.97% and 29.65% of respective stock's turnover.
