Japanese stocks fall in morning session, closing the half-day at 69373, down 662 points, yen exchange rate at 158.03

The Economic Daily News (8th) reported: Japanese stocks declined in morning trading, with the Nikkei 225 Index closing the half-day session at 69373, down 662 points or 0.95%. The South Korean KOSPI Index was last reported at 6760, down 43 points or 0.64%.

The U.S. dollar against the Japanese yen was quoted at 158.02/04.
