South Korea's KOSPI index closes at 6384, plunging 241 points, yen exchange rate at 158.33

The Economic News Agency reported on the 12th that South Korea's KOSPI index closed at 6384, down 241 points or 3.65%.

The U.S. dollar against the Japanese yen was quoted at 158.32/34.
