Cullgen announced that its product Conyda (spesolimab) generated revenue of approximately RMB 660 million in the first three quarters of 2026, representing a year-on-year increase of about 227%, primarily driven by genuine market demand and a significant increase in the number of accessible hospitals. Since January this year, the drug's three indications and two packaging types have been included in the National Reimbursement Drug List, and in July, it was further included in the Essential Medicines List of China, further enhancing its accessibility.
Meanwhile, the National Medical Products Administration recently approved spesolimab (brand name: Conyda) for a new indication in the treatment of moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis in adolescents (aged 12 to under 18 years). Phase III clinical trials showed that the EASI-75 response rate at week 18 reached 73.9%, significantly superior to the placebo group.
