There were 703 short-selling stocks. CSOP HS TECH (03033) and TRACKER FUND (02800) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$4.38 billion and HK$2.77 billion, or 15.28% and 9.66% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 59.95% and 17.52% of respective stock's turnover.
BABA-W (09988) and TENCENT (00700) registered HK$2.67 billion and HK$959.9 million of short sales, accounting for 9.31% and 3.35% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 21.73% and 8.58% of respective stock's turnover.
