There were 708 short-selling stocks. TRACKER FUND (02800) and HSCEI ETF (02828) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$2.81 billion and HK$2.76 billion, or 10.34% and 10.17% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 30.51% and 45.05% of respective stock's turnover.
CSOP HS TECH (03033) and BYD COMPANY (01211) registered HK$2.51 billion and HK$2.11 billion of short sales, accounting for 9.26% and 7.77% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 41.93% and 39.32% of respective stock's turnover.
