There were 675 short-selling stocks. TRACKER FUND (02800) and HSCEI ETF (02828) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$1.15 billion and HK$860.26 million, or 7.43% and 5.57% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 18.49% and 12.29% of respective stock's turnover.
BYD COMPANY (01211) and CSPC PHARMA (01093) registered HK$677.85 million and HK$574.67 million of short sales, accounting for 4.39% and 3.72% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 33.92% and 30.32% of respective stock's turnover.
